Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Giving GPS platform. Your access to and use of the specific tools and data visualizations provided is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. The Nature of the Platform

Giving GPS provides a research layer intended to help donors discover hyper-local charitable organizations. While we utilize automated ETL pipelines and Artificial Intelligence to synthesize massive arrays of public data (such as IRS Form 990s and organizational websites), we are not financial advisors, nor do we act as a fiduciary.

2. Algorithmic Accuracy & Due Diligence

Machine learning and Large Language Models occasionally misinterpret context, hallucinate facts, or synthesize outdated public records. We provide Match Scores and organization summaries "as-is". It is solely the donor's responsibility to visit an organization's verified portal and independently verify its impact, legal standing, and tax-deductible designation before releasing funds.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The platform relies on computationally intensive matching algorithms; automated scraping, denial-of-service, or bypassing security perimeters to access our raw proprietary scoring models is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all database schemas, algorithms, source code, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
